1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

West Malaysia (Peninsular)

• Standard: RM5–RM12 · 2–4 business days · Pos Laju
• Express: RM7–RM15 · 1–3 business days · J&T Express

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan)

• Standard: RM12–RM30 · 4–7 business days · Pos Laju / J&T
• Express: RM18–RM40 · 3–6 business days · DHL eCommerce

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Thailand.

• Estimated time: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
• Customs clearance: The recipient is responsible for any import fees or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking number sent to your email, or sign in to your account and visit the order details page. If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, please contact us.

5. Delivery Issues

• Failed delivery: Most couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to the courier hub for collection.
• Lost parcels: If your parcel is declared lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Wrong address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. Re-shipping costs may apply for incorrect addresses.

6. Restricted Locations

Some remote areas or international destinations may incur extended delivery times or be unserviceable. We will inform you before processing if your address falls in such a zone.
